K: Knowledge (Weeks 1 and 2) We start by getting honest about what is actually happening. We identify the patterns, beliefs, and decisions that have been keeping you stuck. You cannot move forward from a place you have not fully understood.
O: Ownership (Weeks 3 and 4) This is where the work gets real. We look at what is yours to own, what you are ready to release, and what you have been waiting for permission to change. Ownership is where momentum begins.
A: Action (Weeks 5 and 6) No more thinking about it. We build your personalized action plan and you start moving. I am with you through the steps, including the uncomfortable ones.
C: Confidence (Week 7) You have been making decisions and taking steps. Now we reinforce why they were the right ones. We rebuild the self-trust that overthinking eroded and make sure you are not just moving forward but believing in the direction you are headed.
H: Habits and Road Map (Week 8) The final week is about making it last. We build the daily habits that support your next chapter and close out with a full evaluation of your progress and a personal road map so you know exactly what comes next when our 8 weeks together are done.
