When you complete a workbook on your own device, your written responses are not automatically provided to Mainly Coaching simply because you completed the document.
If you choose to email, upload, or otherwise share completed materials, we will handle the information under this policy and our coaching confidentiality commitments.
We encourage clients to use appropriate care when sharing sensitive personal information electronically.

Mainly Coaching's website and professional coaching services are intended for adults aged 18 and older.
We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through our coaching enrollment process.
